Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blazar account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables and manuals.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location for secure transit to our inspection facility.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
